It’s National Sangria Day on Friday, December 20th and now the brand known for fish tacos and unique seafood dishes is offering its guests a refreshing Sangria made with fruit-infused wine, topped with mandarin oranges and a lime wedge.In honor of the national holiday, Rubio’s is giving SDF readers the chance to come in and try this tasty drink and some of our craveable menu options. Rubio’s menu, which serves 85 percent sustainable seafood, has grown from The Original Fish Taco to include additional recipes inspired by the sea that feature sustainable shrimp, Atlantic salmon, Regal Springs® tilapia and mahi mahi. In addition to certified sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers grilled marinated chicken and steak, salads, handmade guacamole, “no fried” pinto beanssm and a variety of salsas that are prepared daily.
This month Rubio’s is celebrating its seasonal Langostino Lobster with a delicious addition of citrus rice and warm basil butter. Our Sangria pairs perfectly with these featured menu items.
